Anti-aging anti-wrinkle and Prana. What is a Prana ? What is the relationships with anti-aging anti-wrinkle ? If Yoga-Asanas and Yoga-Pranayama can help to slowdown process of skin aging and skin wrinkles, can Prana also do the similar thing ?
